The Challenge:  A large gaming manufacturer and dealer has been a loyal client of CS-1 Transportation for years. All of their freight must be strapped in, blanket wrapped, and loaded into a sealed trailer. CS-1 Transportation was moving a load across the Midwest into Southern USA, when one of the team drivers became very ill and needed to be rushed to the hospital. The freight was not critical, but it still needed to be delivered by appointment and government regulations. Since the freight was sealed, there was no option to cross dock it onto a new trailer and get a new team. The only option was to get a new driver to continue the delivery.

The Solution: CS-1 Transportation flew a second driver down to the next rest point to continue the journey. The freight was delivered on time and there were no further delays. The gaming manufacturer was grateful to CS-1 Transportation for going above and beyond to ensure delivery of their freight to the point of destination.
