The Challenge:

We’ve had the pleasure of working with a major gaming manufacturer and dealer for many years at CS-1 Transportation. They trust us to handle their freight with the utmost care, not to mention ensuring everything is securely strapped, blanket wrapped, and loaded into a sealed trailer. Recently, while transporting a load from the Midwest to the Southern USA, one of our team drivers unfortunately fell ill and needed immediate medical attention. Although the freight wasn’t urgent, it was equally important to meet the scheduled delivery and comply with government regulations. Since the freight was sealed, and we couldn’t simply transfer it to another trailer with a new team. Our best solution was to bring in of course a new driver to keep the delivery on track.

The Solution:

CS-1 Transportation went the extra mile by sending a second driver to the next rest point to keep the journey on track. Thanks to their quick thinking, the freight arrived right on schedule without any more hiccups. In fact the gaming manufacturer was thrilled and truly appreciated CS-1 Transportation’s dedication. All in all  making sure their delivery reached its destination smoothly.
