Steve Cooper
General Manager
Steve Cooper started CS-1 Transportation in 2008 after believing customer service was an undervalued asset in the freight brokerage industry. Born, raised, and still a resident of Burlington, ON. Steve worked for several reputable companies in the transportation industry including TNT and FedEx. After attending Mohawk College, Steve landed a position in the freight industry working in sales. When Steve is not in the office, he spends his time coaching, going up north, and staying active. Steve is a father of two, as well as a proud grandfather.
Jeff Cooper
Business Development Manager
Jeff joined CS-1 Transportation in 2013. He has an honours degree in Business Admin, specialized in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Economics. When he’s not in the office he enjoys being outside, spending time up at the cottage, golfing or playing hockey. Jeff loves traveling and trying different foods and experiencing new cultures. He enjoys working with the teams here at CS-1, and being in a fast paced environment.
Dan Amormino
Business Development Manager
Dan joined CS-1 Transportation in 2016. He graduated from Niagara College from the Business Sales and Marketing Program. Following that he attended Brock University and received a Degree in Business Communications. Dan has always been a passionate and dedicated member of the CS-1 team and enjoys taking on new challenges while working with this colleagues. He has 2 boys who both play rep hockey and baseball which he coaches. He loves spending time going on new adventures, whether that is exploring outdoors or in new cities. In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing golf, hockey and snowboarding. Dan’s most proud accomplishment in his personal life is his family.
Nadine Mazerolle
V.P. of Operations
Nadine returned to CS-1 Transportation in September 2024 with over 20 years in the Transportation Industry. She has adopted the designation of "RHB" (Real Human Being) and believes in the strength of commitment and communication. She is a proud resident of Waterdown ON. Nadine is passionate about people, collaborating with others and building strong relationships. She is energized by coffee, physical activity and loves almost any team sport. Proud Mama of 2 girls, and enjoys receiving cuddles from her fur-baby and husband.
Scott "Scotty" Morrison
USA Operations Manager
Scott Morrison joined the CS-1 Transportation Team in 2010. Born and raised in Hamilton, ON, Scotty grew up playing in the OHL for a number of years and took his talents overseas to England where he spent the better part of 12 years playing pro hockey in Europe. After retiring from pro hockey in 1999, Scotty moved back to Canada and transitioned into the transportation industry. Gaining experience working for many fortune 500 companies, Scotty earned his TIA load broker certification and joined CS-1 Transportation team. Scotty is known for his hard work and vast industry knowledge. Scotty is a proud father to his daughter Nicole and husband to wife Jackie.
Pablo Lopez
Canadian Operations Manager
Pablo Lopez joined the CS-1 Transportation team in 2015. Pablo is a resident of Grimsby, ON, and graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Management. After working in the freight brokerage industry for 3 years, Pablo joined CS-1 Transportation where he now heads up a team of employees in dispatch. Pablo is known in the office for his calm disposition and strong understanding of different personalities. Pablo is fluent in Spanish and enjoys spending time with his wife Isabella, travelling and staying active.
Jordan Langley
Logistics Manager
Jordan Langley is an experienced professional in the transportation industry, with a decade of expertise that has solidified his reputation as a reliable leader in the field. Outside of work, Jordan is a dedicated father who cherishes quality time with his family. He enjoys staying active, often found on the basketball court or swinging a club on a golf course. His passion for both his career and family life reflects his commitment to a work life balance.
Esther Abraham
Customer Service Manager
Esther joined the CS-1 Transportation Team in 2017. Esther loves music, singing, reading and traveling. She graduated with a BA in International Business and an MBA in Global Supply Chain. Esther gained a lot of experience in supply chain, project logistics, and freight forwarding. She enjoys traveling during the holidays with her husband, Ola and her kids. Esther is a proud mother of 3 boys and loves spending time with her family.
Kaitlyn Carroll
Customer Service Manager
Kaitlyn joined CS-1 Transportation in 2021 with over 10 years of customer service experience. Eager to learn new things and expand her knowledge, she always strives to brighten both her customers and colleagues day. When not at work, Kait loves to spend time with her friends and family. She enjoys reading, writing, painting/drawing and listening to music. Her and her partner love to explore cooking new recipes and foods together at home with their 2 cats.
