The Challenge:  Our Logistics team came across a unique request to provide a quote a month ahead of time. The details needed for this quote were quite thorough, asking for everything from the driver’s license number to fun facts like their eye and hair color. Most importantly, we needed to ensure that the driver had a spotless driving record.

The Strategy:  Our logistics team quickly got to work, reviewing our carriers and drivers to find the best match for this particular request. We wanted to make sure we provided all the necessary information to the customer within 72 hours to meet their security guidelines.

The Solution:  As soon as we confirmed a carrier and a specific driver, we promptly shared all the details with the customer to help them secure the bid.

The Result:  CS-1 Transportation successfully facilitated the delivery of high-value aerospace components for a leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM). These components were an integral to a project that was to be launched into orbit by a globally renowned company.
