Our Human Resource & Health and Safety Manager will review your resume and if your experience aligns, we’ll reach out to schedule a call to have a conversation. And we do mean conversation. This is not only your first moment to put your best foot forward, but also a moment to ask questions about the role and working at CS-1.
Our interview process is where things get interesting – for both of us. After the initial conversation, if we decide to move forward we will setup a video call between you, and the hiring manager. Once CS-1 has narrowed the top 3 candidates for the position, we will invite you to meet our senior management team in person. This is where we really get to know you, and you us.
