At CS-1 Transportation Inc., we are deeply committed to making a positive impact.  As such we donate $1 for every transaction to a charity within North America. We value the voices of our employees and seek their suggestions to support causes that resonate with them and their communities. This month, our Accounting team have chosen to support a charity that has grown and changed over the years, City Kidz.

“City Kidz is doing incredible work to tackle childhood poverty in Hamilton, which is unfortunately higher than the national average. As someone who has volunteered with them, I am eager to support their amazing mission. To uplift the lives of kids and youth in our city,” shared LeeAnna from CS-1 Transportation Inc.

City Kidz was born from a heartfelt dream to create a world where no child has to face poverty.  It passionately works to give every child the chance to shine and achieve their dreams.

By building resilience and sparking BIG dreams in Canadian children, this wonderful organization supports kids. Supports them in low-income communities, making a difference one child at a time.

What began in Hamilton as a small weekend gathering for a handful of kids has blossomed into a variety of programs. One that touches the lives of thousands of children and youth of all ages.

“Local charity for kids with fantastic support programs, meal programs, after-school activities, scholarship opportunities, and exciting field trips for the kids in our community who need it most,” added Silvia from CS-1 Transportation Inc.
